Growqo provides an AI-powered WhatsApp automation service ("the Service") designed to help businesses manage leads and automate responses. By using our Service, you agree to comply with WhatsApp's own Terms of Service and Business Policy.

2. Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Payments are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy. You are responsible for all taxes associated with your use of the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages.
• Violate any local, state, or national laws.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

5. Limitation of Liability

Growqo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
