How to Claim a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to growqo.ai@gmail.com with the following details:

Your account email address.
Transaction ID or Invoice Number.
Brief reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve).

What Qualifies

Initial subscription within the first 30 days.
Technical issues that we were unable to resolve within 48 hours.
Accidental duplicate billing.

What Does NOT Qualify

Renewal payments (unless requested within 24 hours of the charge).
Accounts terminated for violating our Acceptable Use policy.
Refund requests made after 30 days of purchase.

Processing Time

Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days. Note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the credit to your account.
